POLICY’S
CANCELLATION POLICY – If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice we charge a 50% cancellation fee. This is because it doesn’t allow us to offer the appointment to someone else in this short time frame. If you have any queries or would like any help from our booking team email [email protected]
NO SHOW POLICY – If an appointment is missed without any prior warning we charge a 100% fee of the booking. This is because it doesn’t allow us to offer the appointment to anyone else or make use or the time in other ways. Please note that no future appointments can be made until the above fee’s are cleared.
DEPOSITS
We take a booking deposit to secure the time and date of your booking. This is fully transferable as long as we are given a minimum of 48 hours notice.
